Hey everyone,
I am going to start doing music related posts when I find that I am hooked on a particular song, new or old; or when I have nothing better to write about. I am seriously going to try and keep this thing updated with new content almost daily. Let’s get into it.
Black Heart (The Prof!t) is a local rapper from San Jose, CA. He doesn’t promote at all and really just does music as a hobby. That being said, I’ve been hooked on some tracks my friend sent me. Actually, I have both albums he has released. Granted, the vocals are pretty bad quality but all of the songs were recorded in makeshift home studios. The tunes are dope nonetheless. Take a listen below.
This track is called Iron Man. I’m really feeling the hook and the song as a whole is something you can just jam to.

I have no idea what this song is called. Like I said, he does no advertising or promotion whatsoever. I’m glad I got my hands on a copy of his songs.

Finally, if I am slow to respond to some e-mails for the next few days, I have a valid reason! My monitor randomly burnt out yesterday so I’m stuck working from the closet on a screen that hurts my eyes to look at.

Upward and Onward
Victory!

So as some of you may have seen on Twitter, I was having trouble getting the Audio Player set up and functioning for the blog. Well, victory is mine. I have overcome the adversity that included bad instructions and max file size uploads. This will allow me to share with you guys the sounds and songs that I label as good music.
I’ll leave you with one track for now that I’ve been listening to a lot lately. It’s called “All Good” by Phrase. I don’t really mess with Australian rap at all, but the track is still really dope. Check it out.

The Future is Bright, Not About to Chop it Short Tonight.

I had a long, drawn out post that I was planning to share tonight regarding the last 2 weeks or so and more specifically last night. About an hour ago, I had a change of heart. (I might still post it in its entirety at a later date) Below is something that I will share. It is something I wrote up late last night. It may seem confusing to those who do not know me very well. That being said, enjoy.
When my heart can beat no more,
I hope I die for a principle,
Or a belief that I live for.
In the event of my demise,
If I had happened to pass today,
An incomplete life lived
No plan to leave the world this way.
In the event of my demise,
A life lesson left unlearned,
Frightening reality realized
In my brain forever burned.

The bright light of the future await
Unmatched potential and
Greater things than anyone could anticipate.

Sorry for the lack of posting everyone. Been really tied up with other things. Not saying that the brand isn’t a top priority, but naturally, certain things lie above TL in the steadily growing pile of things to do. That being said, I vow to have several informative posts brought to you in the next few days. One or more of those might even include a sneak peek of what is to come!
